Deuteronomy 28:19

You shall be cursed when you come in, and cursed when you go out.

You shall be blessed when you come in, and blessed when you go out.

In the days of Shamgar the son of Anath, in the days of Jael, the highways were empty, and the travelers walked through crooked ways.

And in those times there was no peace to him who went out, nor to him who came in, but great tumult was on all the people of the lands.
