Deuteronomy 29:10

You stand today, all of you, before Jehovah your God: your leaders, your tribes, your elders and your officers, even all the men of Israel.

Deuteronomy 4:10

Do you remember the day you stood in the presence of Jehovah your God at Mount Sinai (Horeb)? He said to me: 'assemble the people. I want them to hear what I have to say, so that they will learn to obey me as long as they live. Then they will teach their children to do the same.'

Deuteronomy 31:12-13

Assemble the people, the men and the women and children and the alien who is in your town. Assemble them that they may hear and learn and respect Jehovah your God, and be careful to observe all the words of this Law.
