Deuteronomy 29:14

"Now I am not {making this covenant} and this oath {with you alone}.

Look, [the] days [are] coming," {declares} Yahweh, "and I will {make} a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah,

For if that first [covenant] had been faultless, occasion would not have been sought for a second.
