Ecclesiastes 1:7

All floods run into the sea, and yet the sea is not filled: for look, unto what place the waters run, thence they come again.

When I gave it my commandment, making doors and bars for it;

Thou coveredst it with the deep like as with a garment, so that the waters stand above the hills.
