Ecclesiastes 4:2

I praised the dead who are already dead more than the living who are yet alive.

I hated life. Everything under the sun was evil to me. All is vanity and grasping for the wind.

Why did I not perish at birth, and die as I came from the womb?

Whoever is joined to all the living has hope. A living dog is better than a dead lion.
