Ecclesiastes 7:23

I have examined all this by wisdom; I said, "I am determined to comprehend this" -- but it was beyond my grasp.

Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools

for God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will open and you will be like divine beings who know good and evil."

God said to him, "Because you asked for the ability to make wise judicial decisions, and not for long life, or riches, or vengeance on your enemies,

King Solomon fell in love with many foreign women (besides Pharaoh's daughter), including Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Sidonians, and Hittites.

Where is the wise man? Where is the expert in the Mosaic law? Where is the debater of this age? Has God not made the wisdom of the world foolish?
