When Delilah saw that he had told her all his heart, she sent and called the lords of the Philistines, saying, "Come up again, for he has told me all his heart." Then the lords of the Philistines came up to her and brought the money in their hands.

for her house sinks down to death, and her paths to the departed;

For the lips of a forbidden woman drip honey, and her speech is smoother than oil,

With much seductive speech she persuades him; with her smooth talk she compels him.

Whoso pleaseth god

For to the one who pleases him God has given wisdom and knowledge and joy, but to the sinner he has given the business of gathering and collecting, only to give to one who pleases God. This also is vanity and a striving after wind.
