Ecclesiastes 9:15-16

15} But there was found in it a ^(A)poor wise man and he ^(a)delivered the city ^(B)by his wisdom. Yet ^(C)no one remembered that poor man. ^{Tools
16} So I said, “^(D)Wisdom is better than strength.” But the wisdom of the poor man is despised and his words are not heeded.
