and being fully persuaded that what he has promised he is able also to do;

Now to him that is able to establish you, according to my glad tidings and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, as to which silence has been kept in the times of the ages,

Whence also he is able to save completely those who approach by him to God, always living to intercede for them.

counting that God was able to raise him even from among the dead, whence also he received him in a figure.

But the God of peace, who brought again from among the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, in the power of the blood of the eternal covenant,

One is the lawgiver and judge, who is able to save and to destroy: but who art thou who judgest thy neighbour?

But to him that is able to keep you without stumbling, and to set you with exultation blameless before his glory,
