"Take care that no one misleads you," answered Jesus;
So Jesus began to say to them: "Take care that no one misleads you.
Do not deceive yourselves. God is not to be scoffed at. For whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
I say this to prevent your being misled by any one's plausible sophistry.
2 Thessalonians 2:3
Let no one in any way deceive you, for that day cannot come without the coming of the apostasy first, and the appearing of the man of sin, the son of perdition, who sets himself against,
1 John 4:1
Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but put the spirits to the test to see whether they are from God; for many false teachers have gone out into the world.
For God's anger is being revealed from Heaven against all impiety and against the iniquity of men who through iniquity suppress the truth. God is angry:
It is on account of these very sins that God's anger is coming,
which were once habitual to you while you walked in the ways of this world and obeyed the Prince of the powers of the air, the spirits that are now at work in the hearts of the sons of disobedience--to you God has given Life.
