Ephesians 6:2

"Honor your father and mother" (which is the first commandment with a promise),

For God commanded, 'Honor your father and your mother'; and, 'He who curses father or mother, let him be put to death.'

And he said to them, "You have a fine way of rejecting the commandment of God, in order to keep your tradition!

Pay all of them their dues: taxes to whom taxes are due, revenue to whom revenue is due, respect to whom respect is due, honor to whom honor is due.
