When the child grew older, she brought him to Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son. She named him Moses, “Because,” she said, “I drew him out of the water.”
I’ve been with you these 20 years. Your ewes and female goats have not miscarried, and I have not eaten the rams from your flock.

So Moses took his wife and sons, put them on a donkey, and returned to the land of Egypt. And Moses took God’s staff
in his hand.
Now Jethro, Moses’ father-in-law, had taken in Zipporah,
Moses’ wife, after he had sent her back,
and Aaron criticized Moses because of the Cushite woman he married (for he had married a Cushite woman).
There I was—the heat consumed me by day and the frost by night, and sleep fled from my eyes.
