Exodus 21:17

"Whoever treats his father or his mother disgracefully must surely be put to death.

The one who curses his father and his mother, his lamp will be extinguished in the blackest darkness.

Cursed is the one who disrespects his father and mother.' Then all the people will say, 'Amen!'

There is a generation who curse their fathers and do not bless their mothers.

"'If anyone curses his father and mother he must be put to death. He has cursed his father and mother; his blood guilt is on himself.

The eye that mocks at a father and despises obeying a mother -- the ravens of the valley will peck it out and the young vultures will eat it.

He answered them, "And why do you disobey the commandment of God because of your tradition?

For Moses said, 'Honor your father and your mother,' and, 'Whoever insults his father or mother must be put to death.'
