Exodus 25:12

You are to cast four rings for it and put them on its four feet, two rings on one side of it and two rings on its other side.

The poles are to remain in the rings of the ark and are not to be removed from it.

You are to make four gold rings for it, and put the rings on the four corners where its four feet are.

You are to overlay the boards with gold, and you are to make gold rings for them as holders for the bars, and you are to overlay the bars with gold.

The poles for it are to be put through the rings, so the poles are on the two sides of the altar when it's carried.

He put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark to carry it.

And he put the poles through rings on the sides of the altar to carry it. He made it hollow, out of boards.
