Exodus 36:3

Moses provided them with all the contributions the Israelites brought for the work of constructing the holy place. Plus, the people still kept bringing him (voluntary) freewill offerings every morning.

Exodus 35:29

The people of Israel, every man and woman whose hearts were willing, gave their offerings freely to Jehovah. This was for the work that Jehovah gave Moses orders to have done.
