Exodus 40:16

Thus did Moses: according to all that the LORD commanded him, so did he.

And Noah did according to all that God commanded him; thus he did.

And Moses and Aaron did [it]; as Yahweh commanded them, so they did.

And the {Israelites} did thus; they did everything that Yahweh commanded Moses.

So Moses said to the {Israelites} in accordance with all that Yahweh commanded Moses.
