Ezekiel 36:37

Ask and it shall be given you, seek and ye shall find; knock and it shall be opened to you.

Be careful for nothing, but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God:

Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

that is, his flesh, And having an high-priest over the house of God;

Ye desire and have not, ye kill, and envy, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war; yet ye have not, because ye ask not.

And this is the confidence which we have in him, that if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us.
