Ezra 2:63
The Tirshatha (Governor) said they were not to have the most holy things for their food, till a priest came to give decision by Urim and Thummim.
Exodus 28:30
Put the Urim and Thummim into the breast piece for decision-making. They, too, will be over Aaron's heart when he comes into Jehovah's presence.
