Why have your emotions carried you away? And why do your eyes flash

You know that when you were unbelievers, you were enticed and led astray to worship idols that couldn't even speak.

Then we will no longer be little children, tossed like waves and blown about by every wind of doctrine, by people's trickery, or by clever strategies that would lead us astray.

Stop being carried away by all kinds of unusual teachings, for it is good that the heart be strengthened by grace, not by food laws that have never helped those who follow them.
