Now the works of the flesh are obvious:
sexual immorality, moral impurity, promiscuity,
Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, so that you obey
Let us walk with decency,
as in the daylight: not in carousing and drunkenness; not in sexual impurity and promiscuity; not in quarreling and jealousy.
2 Corinthians 7:1
Therefore, dear friends, since we have such promises,
let us cleanse ourselves from every impurity of the flesh and spirit, completing our sanctification in the fear of God.
We too all previously lived among them in our fleshly
desires, carrying out the inclinations of our flesh and thoughts, and we were by nature children under wrath as the others were also.
You were also circumcised in Him with a circumcision not done with hands, by putting off the body of flesh,
in the circumcision of the Messiah.
Therefore, put to death what belongs to your worldly nature:
sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desire, and greed, which is idolatry.

As obedient children,
do not be conformed to the desires of your former ignorance.
