Genesis 17:21

by remembering his mercy to Abraham and to his posterity forever.

But he said to them: It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has reserved under his own control.

to whom belong the fathers, and of whom is the Christ, as it respects the flesh, who is over all, God blessed forever. Amen.

For the word of the promise is this: At this time will I come, and Sarah shall have a son.

And if you are Christ s, then you are Abraham's posterity, and heirs according to the promise.

By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange land, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:
