Genesis 21:30

And he said, For you shall take these seven ewe lambs from my hand, so that they may be a witness to me that I have dug this well.

Genesis 31:52

This heap is a witness, and the pillar is a witness, that I will not pass over this heap to you, and that you shall not pass over this heap and this pillar to me, for harm.

Genesis 31:44-48

And come now, let us make a covenant, you and I. And let it be for a witness between you and me.

but it shall be a witness between us and you, and our generations after us, so that we might do the service of Jehovah before Him with our burnt offerings and with our sacrifices and with our peace offerings; so that your sons may not say to our sons in time to come, You have no part in Jehovah.

Joshua 24:27

And Joshua said to all the people, Behold, this stone shall be a witness to us, for it has heard all the Words of Jehovah which He spoke to us. It shall therefore be a witness to you, lest you deny your God.
