Jacob Flees From Laban

¹⁴ Then answered Rachel and Lea and said unto him, "We have no part nor inheritance in our father's house: ¹⁵ he counteth us even as strangers, for he hath sold us, and hath even eaten up the price of us. ¹⁶ Moreover, all the riches which God hath taken from our father: that is ours and our children's. Now therefore whatsoever God hath said unto thee, that do."

Genesis 29:15-20

And afterward Laban said unto Jacob, "Though thou be my brother, shouldest thou therefore serve me for nought? Tell me, what shall thy wages be?"

Genesis 30:26

give me my wives and my children for whom I have served thee, and let me go: for thou knowest what service I have done thee."

Genesis 29:27-30

Pass out this week, and then shall this also be given thee for the service which thou shalt serve me yet seven years more.

Thus have I been twenty years in thy house, and served thee fourteen years for thy two daughters, and six years for thy sheep, and thou hast changed my reward ten times.
