And it came to pass, after these things, that his master's wife cast her eyes upon Joseph, and she said, Lay with me.

And when she had brought them near to him to eat, he took hold of her, and said to her, Come, lay with me, my sister.

that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair. And they took to them wives of all that they chose.

I made a covenant with my eyes. How then should I look upon a virgin?

Turn away my eyes from beholding vanity, and enliven me in thy ways.

to deliver thee from the interloping woman, even from the stranger who flatters with her words,

lest thou give thine honor to others, and thy years to the cruel,

So she caught him, and kissed him. With an impudent face she said to him,

Therefore I came forth to meet thee, diligently to seek thy face, and I have found thee.

Thou have built thy lofty place at the head of every way, and have made thy beauty an abomination. And have opened thy feet to everyone who passed by, and multiplied thy whoredom.

A wife who commits adultery, who takes strangers instead of her husband!

And thou are different from [other] women in thy whoredoms, in that none follows thee to play the harlot. And whereas thou give a wage, and no wage is given to thee, therefore thou are different.

And Oholah played the harlot when she was mine, and she doted on her lovers, on the Assyrians [her] neighbors,

She doted upon the Assyrians, governors and rulers, [her] neighbors, clothed most gorgeously, horsemen riding upon horses, all of them desirable young men.

But I say to you, that every man who looks on a woman to crave her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

having eyes full of adultery, and unceasing sin, enticing unstable souls, having a heart trained in greed, children of a curse,

Because everything in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the arrogance of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
