⁶ And he left all that he had in Joseph's hand. And he did not know anything that he had, except the bread which he ate. And Joseph was beautiful in form and beautiful in appearance. ⁷ And after these things it happened that his master's wife cast her eyes upon Joseph. And she said, Lie with me. ⁸ But he refused and said to his master's wife, Behold, my master does not know what is in the house with me, and he has given all that he has into my hand.
