Who is this coming from Edom
in crimson-stained garments from Bozrah—
this One who is splendid in His apparel,
rising up proudly in His great might?

It is I, proclaiming vindication,
powerful to save.

Judah and Israel were as numerous as the sand by the sea; they were eating, drinking, and rejoicing.

until I come and take you away to a land like your own land—a land of grain and new wine, a land of bread and vineyards, a land of olive trees and honey—so that you may live and not die. But don’t listen to Hezekiah when he misleads you, saying: The Lord will deliver us.

In that day
the mountains will drip with sweet wine,
and the hills will flow with milk.
All the streams of Judah will flow with water,
and a spring will issue from the Lord’s house,
watering the Valley of Acacias.

But each man will sit under his grapevine
and under his fig tree
with no one to frighten him.
For the mouth of the Lord

has promised this.

I said to him, “Sir, you know.”

These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation.
They washed their robes and made them white
in the blood of the Lamb.

so that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of commanders, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of their riders, and the flesh of everyone, both free and slave, small and great.”
