And all these your servants shall come down unto me, and bow down themselves unto me, saying, Get out, and all the people that follow you: and after that I will go out. And he went out from Pharaoh in great anger.

And thus shall you eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you shall eat it in haste: it is the LORD'S passover.

And it came to pass, when Pharaoh had let the people go, that God led them not through the way of the land of the Philistines, although that was near; for God said, Lest perhaps the people repent when they see war, and they return to Egypt:

Not fearing

And he said, Who made you a prince and a judge over us? do you intend to kill me, as you killed the Egyptian? And Moses feared, and said, Surely this thing is known.

And the LORD said unto Moses in Midian, Go, return into Egypt: for all the men are dead who sought your life.

And when Pharaoh drew near, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Egyptians marched after them; and they were greatly afraid: and the children of Israel cried out unto the LORD.

Endured

And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.

But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after you were illuminated, you endured a great fight with afflictions;

For consider him that endured such hostility of sinners against himself, lest you be wearied and faint in your minds.

And you shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endures to the end shall be saved.

But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution arises for the word's sake, immediately they are offended.

Bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Behold, we count them happy who endure. You have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very compassionate, and of tender mercy.

Seeing

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Looking unto Jesus the author and perfecter of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

For David spoke concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

Who only has immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man has seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and power everlasting. Amen.

Whom having not seen, you love; in whom, though now you see him not, yet believing, you rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
