The Greatness Of Melchizedek
9 And, so to speak, through Abraham even Levi, who takes tithes, has paid tithes; 10 for he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchizedek met him. 11 If, therefore, there was perfection through the Levitical priesthood (for under it the people have received the law), what further need was there, that another Priest should arise according to the rank of Melchizedek, and not be reckoned according to the rank of Aaron?
