Hebrews 9:1

Verily, therefore, the first covenant used to have ordinances of divine service, and the sanctuary pertaining to the world.

Hebrews 8:2

a Minister of the holy things, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, not man.

being only (with meats and drinks and various immersions) ordinances of the flesh, imposed until a time of reformation.
