Of all the families of the earth I have chosen (known) only you. Therefore I will punish you for all your sins.

I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish that you were cold or hot.

Ephraim

Ephraim will become desolation in the day of rebuke among the tribes of Israel. I made known that which will surely be.

What can I do with you, Ephraim? What can I do with you, Judah? Your love is like the morning mist, like the early dew that disappears.
