Israel Rejects The Good

⁵ Thy calf, O Samaria, has cast thee off; my anger has been kindled against them until they could no longer be absolved. ⁶ For from Israel is even this!
A craftsman made it, so it is not God;
Surely the calf of Samaria will be broken to pieces.
⁷ For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind; they shall have no harvest; the fruit shall yield no meal: if so be it yields, the strangers shall swallow it up.

2 Kings 23:15

Likewise, the altar that was at Bethel and the high place which Jeroboam, the son of Nebat, who caused Israel to sin, had made: both that altar and the high place he broke down and burned the high place and stamped it small to powder and burned the grove.

2 Kings 23:19

2 Chronicles 31:1
