Treasury of Scripture Knowledge
Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.
To the wise man the way of life [is] upward, that he may depart from Sheol beneath.
The strong among the mighty shall speak to him out of the midst of Sheol with those who help him. They have gone down. They lay still, even the uncircumcised, slain by the sword.
Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and go forth out of the land of the Chaldeans, and be as the he-goats before the flocks.
At the noise of the taking of Babylon the earth trembles, and the cry is heard among the nations.
