Yahweh Comforts Zion

⁴ Listen to me, my people; hear me, my nation. The law will go out from me. My justice will become a light to the nations. ⁵ “My righteousness is near, My salvation has gone forth,
And My arms will judge the peoples;
The coastlands will wait for Me,
And for My arm they will wait expectantly.
⁶ Lift up your eyes to the heavens. Look at the earth below. The heavens will vanish like smoke and the earth will wear out like a garment. Its inhabitants die like flies (gnats). But my salvation will last forever! My righteousness will never fail.

Isaiah 46:13

I bring near my righteousness. It is not far away. My salvation will not be delayed. I will grant salvation to Zion, my splendor to Israel.

Isaiah 42:4

He will not lose hope or courage. He will establish justice on the earth. Distant lands eagerly wait for his law.

Isaiah 60:9

Surely the coastlands wait with hope for me. The ships from Tarshish are the first to bring your children from far away. They bring their silver and their gold with them to honor the name of Jehovah your God, the Holy One of Israel, because he has honored you.
