Thus saith Jehovah, the Redeemer of Israel, his Holy One, to him whom man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to the servant of rulers: Kings shall see and arise, princes, and they shall worship, because of Jehovah who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel, who hath chosen thee.

Princes refrained from talking, and laid the hand on their mouth;

Behold, I am nought: what shall I answer thee? I will lay my hand upon my mouth.

The dwellers in the desert shall bow before him, and his enemies shall lick the dust.

The nations shall see, and be ashamed for all their might: they shall lay their hand upon their mouth, their ears shall be deaf.

Let all flesh be silent before Jehovah; for he is risen up out of his holy habitation.

For

My righteousness is near, my salvation is gone forth, and mine arms shall judge the peoples: the isles shall wait for me, and in mine arm shall they trust.

Behold, thou shalt call a nation thou knowest not, and a nation that knew not thee shall run unto thee, because of Jehovah thy God, and the Holy One of Israel; for he hath glorified thee.

Now to him that is able to establish you, according to my glad tidings and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, as to which silence has been kept in the times of the ages,
