James 5:8

Treasury of Scripture Knowledge

Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.

But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead Jesus, who rescues us from the wrath to come.

May the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the steadfastness of Christ.

Therefore do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward.

By your endurance you will gain your lives.

"For yet in a very little while, he who is coming will come and will not delay.
