For You are my hope, O Lord God, my trust from my youth.

Listen, O coastlands, to Me; and listen, lend your ear, peoples from afar; Jehovah has called Me from the womb; He has made mention of My name from My mother's bowels.

And you, child, will be called the prophet of the Highest, for you shall go before the face of the Lord to prepare His ways,

But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and having called me by His grace,
