It was said of Jehu, "He is the son of Jehoshaphat, who sought the LORD with all of his heart." As a result, there was no one left in the household of Ahaziah strong enough to reign in the kingdom.

Everything that Hezekiah began in the service of God's Temple was done according to the Law and to the commandments as he sought his God, worked with all of his heart, and became successful.

How blessed are those who observe his decrees, who seek him with all of their heart,

"Yet even now," declares the LORD, "Turn back to me with your whole heart, with fasting, tears, and mourning.
