Jeremiah 34:2

This is what Jehovah the God of Israel says: 'Go to King Zedekiah of Judah, and tell him, Jehovah says: I am going to hand this city over to the king of Babylon. He will burn it down.

Jeremiah 21:10

For I have set my face against this city for harm and not for good, declares Jehovah. It will be surrendered to the king of Babylon and he will burn it with fire.

Jeremiah 34:22

I am going to give a command,' declares Jehovah. 'I will bring that army back to this city to attack it, capture it, and burn it down. I will destroy the cities of Judah so that no one will live there.'

Jeremiah 38:23

Then I added: All your women and children will be taken out to the Babylonians. You will not escape from them. You will be taken prisoner by the king of Babylonia. And this city will be burned to the ground.

Jeremiah 39:8

The Babylonians burned down the royal palace and the houses of the people and tore down the walls of Jerusalem.
