Jeremiah 51:31

Runners run to meet runners. Messengers follow messengers. They inform the king of Babylon that his entire city is captured.

2 Samuel 18:19-31

Ahimaaz son of Zadok said: Joab let me run and tell King David that Jehovah rescued him from his enemies.

2 Chronicles 30:6

Messengers carried letters from the king and his officials throughout Israel and Judah. The king's order said: Israelites should return to Jehovah the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel. Then he will return to the few of you who escaped from the power of the kings of Assyria.
