Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.

One day when the sons of God came to present themselves in front of Jehovah, Satan the Accuser came along with them.

while the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

He said: Look, I see four men walking in the midst of the fire. They are not hurt! The appearance of the fourth is like a son of the gods!

the son of Enos, the son of Seth, the son of Adam, the Son of God.

Bless Jehovah you angels of his, you who excel in strength, who obey his command, and listen to the voice of his Word.

Do not treat these little ones badly. I tell you that angels represent them in the presence of my Father in heaven.

Jesus replied: Did I not choose you, the twelve? And yet one of you is a devil (false accuser) (slanderer) (demon).

until a spirit stepped forward, approached Jehovah, and said: I will deceive him.
