Why are we regarded as animals and considered stupid in your sight?

I was so foolish and ignorant: I was like a beast before you.

Ask the animals and they will teach you, or the birds of the air and they will tell you.

You close their minds and hearts so that they cannot understand. That is why you will not honor them.

But now, you must come and try again! I will not find one wise man among you.

I said in my heart concerning the condition of the sons of men, God tested them that they might see that they are like animals.

Be devoted to one another with brotherly love, in honor preferring one another.
