Job 18:3

Treasury of Scripture Knowledge

Wherefore are we counted as beasts, and reputed vile in your sight?

Ask the cattle, and they shall inform thee; the fowls of the air, and they shall tell thee.

Thou hast withholden their hearts from understanding, therefore shall they not be set up on high.

So foolish was I, and ignorant, even as it were a beast before thee.

I communed with mine own heart also concerning the children of men: how God hath chosen them, and yet letteth them appear as though they were beasts.

Be kind one to another, with brotherly love. In giving honour go one before another.
