Job 18:3

Treasury of Scripture Knowledge

Wherefore are we counted as beasts, and reputed vile in your sight?

"But now, ask the animals and they will teach you, or the birds of the sky and they will tell you.

Because you have closed their minds to understanding, therefore you will not exalt them.

I was ignorant and lacked insight; I was as senseless as an animal before you.

I also thought to myself, "It is for the sake of people, so God can clearly show them that they are like animals.

Be devoted to one another with mutual love, showing eagerness in honoring one another.
