Job 29:3

Then Jesus again addressed them, saying, "I am the light of the world: he who follows me will not walk in darkness, he will enjoy the light of life."

I have come as light into the world, that no one who believes in me may remain in the dark.

For while once upon a time you were darkness, now in the Lord you are light; lead the life of those who are children of the light

Thus it is said, 'Wake up, O sleeper, and rise from the dead; so Christ will shine upon you.'
