In all these things did Job not offend, nor murmured foolishly against God.

"Therefore hearken unto me, ye that have understanding. Far be it from God, that he should meddle with wickedness: and far be it from the Almighty, that he should meddle with unrighteous dealing:

"Thinkest thou it right, that thou saidst, 'I am righteous before God?'

Behold, God is of a mighty high power: Where is there such a guide and lawgiver as he?

But you will say, 'The way of the Lord is not equal.' Here I pray you, ye house of Israel. Is not my way equal?

Thou wilt say then unto me, "Why then blameth he us yet? For who can resist his will?"
