Job 37:21

"For every man seeth not the light, that he keepeth clear in the clouds, which he cleanseth when he maketh the wind to blow.

He holdeth back his stool, that it can not be seen, and spreadeth his clouds before it.

In the turning of a hand he hideth the light, and at his commandment it cometh again.
