I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee.

Eliphaz of Teman continued: I was told something secretly and heard something whispered in my ear.

Destruction and Death say: 'We heard a rumor about it.'

he may speak in their ears and terrify them with warnings,

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word about Christ.

Behold, I go forward but He is not there. I go backward, but I cannot perceive him.

He said: Listen to my words: 'When there are prophets of Jehovah among you, I make myself known to them in visions or speak to them in dreams.

In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw (discerned) Jehovah seated on a throne, high and exalted. The train of his robe filled the Temple.

No man has ever seen God. The only begotten God-like one who is closest to the Father (in the bosom of the Father) tells us about him. (Psalm 8:5)

Isaiah said these things because he saw and spoke about his glory.

Being full of the Holy Spirit, he gazed intently into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God.

Then summon me and I will answer, or let me speak, and you reply.
