And all the trees of the field shall know that I Jehovah have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and made the dry tree to flourish: I Jehovah have spoken, and will do it.

He has put down rulers from thrones, and exalted the lowly.

Blessed ye that hunger now, for ye shall be filled. Blessed ye that weep now, for ye shall laugh.

But let the brother of low degree glory in his elevation,

But he gives more grace. Wherefore he says, God sets himself against the proud, but gives grace to the lowly.

But the God of all grace who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ Jesus, when ye have suffered for a little while, himself shall make perfect, stablish, strengthen, ground:

Exalted

Thy refuge is the God of old, And underneath are the eternal arms; And he shall drive out the enemy from before thee, And shall say, Destroy them!
