John 1:47

Jesus saw Nathanael coming toward him and said of him, "Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom there is no deceit!"

Blessed is the man against whom the LORDcounts no iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no deceit.

But it is not as though the word of God has failed. For not all who are descended from Israel belong to Israel,

Truly God is good to Israel, to those who are pure in heart.

They are Israelites, and to them belong the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the worship, and the promises.

and in their mouth no lie was found, for they are blameless.

So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed in him, "If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples,

They answered him, "Abraham is our father." Jesus said to them, "If you were Abraham's children, you would be doing the works Abraham did,

For no one is a Jew who is merely one outwardly, nor is circumcision outward and physical.

For we are the circumcision, who worship by the Spirit of God and glory in Christ Jesus and put no confidence in the flesh--

So put away all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander.

He committed no sin, neither was deceit found in his mouth.
