But that the world may know that I love the father; Therefore as the father gave me commandment, even so do I. Rise, let us go hence."

No man taketh it from me: but I put it away of myself. I have power to put it from me, and power I have to take it again. This commandment have I received of my father."

"Now is my soul troubled. And what shall I say, 'Father deliver me from this hour?' But therefore came I unto this hour.

"AS the father hath loved me, even so have I loved you. Continue in my love.

Then said Jesus unto Peter, "Put up thy sword into the sheath: shall I not drink of the cup which my father hath given me?"

Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, "Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not have: but a body hast thou ordained me.

looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, which for the joy that was set before him, abode the cross, and despised the shame, and is set down on the righthand of the throne of God.

Rise, let us be going: Behold, he is at hand that shall betray me."

When Jesus had spoken these words, he went forth with his disciples over the brook Kidron, where was a garden: into the which he entered with his disciples.
